HOW THIS GUIDE WORKS
We kept it simple. On purpose.
When you select a condition or medication, we'll give you the information that matters without making you decipher a medical textbook.
WHAT'S GOING ON?
A simple explanation of what you may be experiencing.
WHAT MAY HELP?
The medication your provider may have prescribed for this situation.
HOW DO I TAKE IT?
Your provider-approved instructions and the directions on your prescription label.
ANYTHING I SHOULD KNOW?
The important stuff—without all the medical-school vocabulary.
WHEN SHOULD I GET HELP?
What to watch for and when it's time to contact us, seek urgent care or get emergency help.
A QUICK REALITY CHECK.
Your Just-in-Case Kit is pretty great.
It is not, however, a replacement for emergency medical care.
Some symptoms need more than a MedKit. If you're experiencing severe or life-threatening symptoms—including difficulty breathing, severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, signs of a severe allergic reaction, or another medical emergency—call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
When something simply doesn't feel right, trust that instinct.
We're here to help.
QUESTIONS? GOOD.
We actually like questions.
Whether you're unsure which medication you've been instructed to use, have a question about something in your kit, or just want a little reassurance before getting started, your InstaCareVIP care team is here for you.

It means knowing you're ready when it does.
